Стратегические пути внедрения экономики замкнутого цикла на малых и средних предприятиях: теоретический интеграционный подход

Аннотация
Цель данного исследования — систематизировать литературу по применению экономики замкнутого цикла (циркулярной экономики) на малых и средних предприятиях (МСП) и предложить концептуальную основу для стратегий устойчивого развития. Методы включали получение набора данных из 510 публикаций из базы Scopus и его анализ с помощью пакета Bibliometrix в RStudio, использование библиометрических методов для оценки эффективности публикаций, наиболее продуктивных авторов, институционального вклада, моделей сотрудничества и тематических структур. Затем было проведено тематическое кластерное картирование, интегрированное с перспективами стратегического управления (анализ внешней среды, разработка стратегии, ее реализация и оценка), подкрепленное институциональной теорией, концепцией «технология-организация‑среда» и теорией динамических возможностей. Результаты показывают значительный рост исследований в области циркулярной экономики для малых и средних предприятий в последние годы, при этом вклад сосредоточен в конкретных учреждениях и исследовательских сетях. Авторы выделяют три доминирующих направления исследований: цифровые технологии, способствующие внедрению экономики замкнутого цикла, экологическая политика, стимулирующая ее внедрение, и разработка устойчивых бизнес-моделей. Подчеркивается важность технологически обеспеченной трансформации, соответствия нормативным требованиям и организационной готовности в процессе перехода МСП к устойчивой экономике. Научный вклад данного исследования заключается в разработке стратегической дорожной карты, которая интегрирует библиометрические данные с теорией управления, демонстрируя, как МСП могут превратить такие проблемы, как нехватка капитала и ограниченная инфраструктура, в стратегические возможности посредством развития потенциала и сотрудничества с заинтересованными сторонами, а также предлагая практические рекомендации для МСП, политиков и ученых по разработке научно обоснованных стратегий устойчивого развития, повышающих конкурентоспособность и способствующих достижению глобальных целей устойчивого развития.
