Факторы, влияющие на устойчивое развитие малых и средних предприятий в развивающейся экономике: когнитивное моделирование на примере Камеруна

Аннотация

Революционные преобразования мировой экономики последних лет открыли новые перспективы для роста и развития национальных экономик благодаря технологическим инновациям, одновременно усугубив проблемы макроэкономической нестабильности, социального неравенства и бедности. В настоящее время малые и средние предприятия (МСП) являются катализатором развития большинства национальных экономик. Предметом исследования являются условия и факторы, влияющие на устойчивое развитие МСП в Республике Камерун. Цель данного исследования — выявить ключевые факторы развития и предложить комплексную модель устойчивого развития сектора МСП в Камеруне, учитывающую структурные особенности национальной экономики. Актуальность определяется современными тенденциями глобализации и технологическими инновациями, влияющими на национальные экономики, особенно развивающиеся страны, такие как Камерун, где наблюдаются серьезные экономические и социальные проблемы. Научная новизна состоит в разработке когнитивной модели взаимовлияния факторов развития МСП, основанной на теории нечетких множеств, а также предложенных практических механизмах улучшения государственной политики поддержки малых предприятий. Авторы использовали метод системного подхода, метод экспертной оценки, теорию нечетких множеств, когнитивное моделирование, сравнительный анализ и статистические методы верификации данных. Авторы пришли к выводу о наличии структурного дуализма в экономике Камеруна, проявляющегося в диспропорции между высокотехнологичным финансовым сектором и архаичными формами предпринимательства. Была разработана нечеткая когнитивная карта, указывающая на семь важных факторов влияния с максимальной центральностью, включая уровень развития производственной инфраструктуры и эффективность антикоррупционной стратегии. Обоснована необходимость программно ориентированной стратегии, направленной на создание устойчивого инвестиционного климата, развитие государственно‑ частного партнерства и повышение финансовой культуры в деловой среде. Доказано наличие системных противоречий, в частности, в отношении исключения МСП из инвестиционного роста в инфраструктуру.
