Сравнение Байесовского и классического подходов: способствует ли доступность финансовых услуг экономическому росту?

Аннотация
Цели: в данном исследовании обобщаются количественные данные о взаимосвязи между финансовой доступностью и экономическим ростом для оценки величины эффекта, сравнивая классический (частотный) и байесовский метааналитические подходы, чтобы понять, как методологические решения влияют на интерпретацию взаимосвязи финансовой доступности и экономического роста. Методы: был проведен метаанализ 27 исследований. Величины эффектов (z-критерий Фишера) были объединены с использованием классических моделей случайных эффектов и байесовских иерархических моделей. Гетерогенность оценивалась с использованием Q-критерия Кохрена, индекса I² и τ-оценок (классических), а также апостериорных распределений τ с байесовскими факторами (байесовский подход). Результаты: оба подхода подтверждают значимые положительные взаимосвязи между финансовой доступностью и экономическим ростом (классический метод: 0,682, доверительный интервал 95% [0,582, 0,782]; байесовский метод: 0,616, байесовский доверительный интервал 95% [0,342, 0,824]). Была обнаружена существенная гетерогенность (классический τ = 0,076; байесовский τ = 0,195, BF₁ > 1000), при этом байесовский анализ указывает на большую величину вариации. Вывод: доступность финансовых услуг оказывает значительное влияние на экономический рост. Однако существенная гетерогенность указывает на контекстно зависимые последствия, требующие разработки индивидуальной политики. Байесовский подход обеспечивает полноту характеристики неопределенности, предлагая более консервативную и реалистичную оценку фактических данных.
