Exclusion Criteria:
- Studies addressing purely local or single-region phenomena (province, city, village, organization or institution) without demonstrable international relevance or transferability
- Research focused exclusively on local policy, regulations, or practices without broader comparative or theoretical frameworks
- Case studies limited to single institutions or localities that do not provide generalizable insights or methodological innovations applicable to international contexts
Notes: Regionally- or locally-focused studies may be accepted when they provide comparative analysis, contribute to global theoretical frameworks, offer methodological approaches applicable beyond the specific geographical context, or offer insights transferable to diverse settings (which should be explicitly elaborated in the introduction and discussion sections).
